About Me

John Tupou has strong property management credentials, having worked in the commercial real estate industry in Australia and New Zealand for over a decade.

As a Property Manager with Realmark Commercial since 2014, John oversees a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties throughout Perth.

Having worked closely with property owners, tenants and various contractors and service providers for many years, John intimately understands what is required to manage properties successfully.

Whether conducting inspections, arranging lease renewals, managing expenditure or supervising maintenance – to name just a few of his many responsibilities – John’s proactive and best-practice approach is valued by his clients, tenants and colleagues.

John has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland.
