Hi there, I’m Renée!
I moved to Australia from the UK in 1983 and immediately fell in love with the lifestyle and housing options this beautiful country offers. I’ve now lived in Hillarys for over 30 years and can say I fall in love with the outdoors and our beautiful coastline more each and every day.
My real estate career first started in 1994, working in a sales & marketing role at a large real estate firm. I then went on to spend 5 years at the Housing Industry Association as a sales & marketing executive before joining the family business, Gemmill Homes.
Given my successful career in property sales & marketing and a genuine passion for customer service and helping people, a career as a residential sales representative was an obvious choice for me. So here I am.
I’m not one to boast accolades, but so you know I’m here to work hard for you - in my first year as a standalone sales representative I was recognised three times in the REIWA Top Ten Rookie of the Month Category, and received the Director’s Quarterly Award at my previous award-winning real estate agency.
Although awards are always nice, one of my proudest career successes to date has been coordinating and hosting the Gemmill Homes’ Gala Fundraising Ball for Variety WA – where we raised over $1 million for WA kids in need. I’m still extremely passionate about being part and giving back to the community and am actively involved in many charities.
If you ask me why I think you should choose me, my answer would be ‘service and experience’. I believe the little things make a big difference. And I believe that when you’re asking a real estate professional to sell your home, you deserve to experience a stress-free process and most importantly, you deserve to be confident in the fact that you’re going to achieve the best possible sales result.
