About Me

People who know me will tell you that I’m pretty laid back and that’s true outside of work, but at work I’m passionate and competitive about selling industrial real estate as Director of Sales and Leasing Industrial at Realmark.
My clients appreciate that I’m super well organised and I am always open and straight up with all my dealings. I tell it like it is.

I also bring a lifetime of experience in real estate to my current job. In the past, I’ve worked as Development Manager for Coles, National Development Manager for Red Rooster, Industrial Director and Partner for Colliers International and as a consultant with LJ Hooker.
I love winning listings and the buzz of the deal but what I love the most is prospecting for work. Searching for opportunities and turning them into profit.

My most memorable deal to date was selling 34ha of industrial land in Hazelmere to the Goodman Group on behalf of the WA Meat Industry Authority (WAMIA).

The land was a former stockyard for WAMIA. I sourced the listing by prospecting for it and sold it at what was a record price after a highly competitive sales process. After the sale the buyer, Goodman engaged me as lead leasing agent and from there we achieved major leasing deals with Coca Cola, Linfox, Toll, and MTU Detroit Diesel.

Being able to see the vacant site transform into the modern Stockyards Industrial Estate it is today was extremely rewarding.

When I’m relaxing out of work, you’ll find me keeping fit, at the footy, immersed in a best seller or just hanging out with the children and grandchildren.
