Having joined the family real estate business 20 years ago as a sales rep, I worked hard in quickly becoming top rep for the office before starting my own agency in 2005.
Two decades in the industry has seen me succeed in a number of roles, including sales and general management positions at a highly regarded property development company, and more recently, state director at an international residential real estate agency.
I genuinely love selling real estate, which is why I continue to sell in addition to leading the sales team. I feel this enables me to not only mentor the team better but helps me understand the needs of the modern-day buyer and seller, to continue to diversify the real estate experience that is offered across the agency.
My background has given me the experience, knowledge and determination to lead Realmark Urban in achieving its vision; to build a team of like-minded people who do not only strive to be the very best in practice and service but are genuinely invested in each other’s success and enjoy working with one another. This collaborative and fun culture has enabled us to rise quickly to be an award-winning team, and I believe will help us continue to breed success for years to come.
